Finally got to try this place again after they did not open to public for quite some time after the previous owner. So glad they decided to keep that play area space! My kids really loved and enjoyed that play area! I’m surprised they even added a reading corner and a sofa! I could even study while my kids play in the play area🤭
The food was surprisingly good! It was cafe price as usual but the portion was big! Pleasant place and experience for families with kids! Will definitely come back again.
Weekdays are open to public while weekends depends whether they have private party going on or private classes for kids party etc. Its really a good idea for family activities and kids birthday parties!

I love this because:
♡ Kid Friendly with playground
♡ Catering food was nice and delicious
♡ Staff Nuna and Ed with team very attentive with all my request.Im very thankful for their help in decoration, preparation food and help me with leftover food packing nicely.
♡ I order mango + longan cake , it was delicious till almost finish eaten by all my guest and it was beautifully custom made for my unique theme Harvest Moon.

We recently hosted our son’s birthday party at Open Playhouse. We chose it because the play café setup seemed perfect for a small gathering and the space was just the right size. I really appreciated how smoothly the team handled everything on the day. No need to worry about plates, refilling food or cleaning up which was a huge relief! The food was good and the way it was laid out was great.
However, I did find the itemised costs a bit on the steep side, especially since we booked the full party package. The decorations were very basic yet we were charged over RM800. I was a bit taken aback when guests thought I had made the balloon garland myself 😵💫 Also, they stuck a flag with the “Open Playhouse” logo into my cake which felt completely unnecessary. It wasn’t sponsored by them so why put their branding on my cake?
When I first inquired about the package, I was quoted the old rates, but in the final summary, they said I had to follow the new service fee. That was odd..I felt I should’ve been charged based on the original quote. Thank goodness I caught that they were also planning to charge per entry for kids under 2 years old, when the original quote stated it would only apply to kids 2.5 years and above!
Overall, despite these issues, it was still a good party. The café is comfortable and clean and even the adults enjoyed hanging out. We had a nice time 🙂
A great place for the kids to burn some energy and make some new friends while playing. They have a good variety of food choices and definitely a popular option among my children. Membership is worth exploring if staying nearby and visits frequently. Parents can relax while the kids enjoy themselves in a safe n gated environment. Remember to check out their FB page if either zones are available before coming on a weekend, just in case it’s booked out for a birthday party..
