My husband wanted to dine here for early dinner before our event nearby. We parked in front of the shop as it was on weekend, plus there was no traffic.
As he was a frequent here when he lived nearby, he ordered everything for us. I love the food! It was wholesome, filling and I understand why they’re so famous. They’re like the gold standard of Pakistani food in Kuala Lumpur. Our waiter was kind and friendly too, maybe because my husband likes to talk to everyone. Heeeh.
The mutton kebab was so juicy, the dhal was yummy, the eggplant thing was bit spicy for me, the paratha was chewy, the masala tea was awesome. Everything was excellent! Surely we will come again, insyaAllah.
One of our go to spot to have Pakistani food @ Jalan Ipoh. Good size portion and prices vary. In peak hours and rain, indoor is recommended. BBQ takes time but overall service is fast and staff is friendly & quick.
The food was great. The staff were very friendly. Even during midnight there were still plenty of people eating and the seats were almost full. It just means that it’s a go to place to find good food. I ordered the Chicken Keema Naan and Chicken Keebab. The serving size is quite generous I wasn’t able to finish it. My friend ordered Cheese Naan and Biryani Rice. 👍🏻
A street with so many punjabi style restaurants, we choose this because of the air conditioner conditions. The environment was clean and tidy; the staff were helpful. We ordered 2 types of meat- chicken and lamb. The rice was big portions too, we are 4 but can’t finished it. The original nam was taste good, the fish was flavourful. Overall acceptable, but a bit salty. Need more water to dilute the NaCl concentration.
I had a great experience at PakPanjabi Restaurant. The flavors are especially appealing for those from the Indian subcontinent.
The biryani was delicious, with well-balanced flavors, and the meat was juicy and tender. The rice was perfectly cooked. The kebab platter was also enjoyable. The atmosphere on the first floor was pleasant, making it a great spot for small gatherings of up to 30 people.
