I’ve been visiting PINCH for years, and while the workmanship and services used to be hit or miss, I’m thrilled to say it has significantly improved recently. A big shoutout to Sammi and Annie for their exceptional service and outstanding workmanship. Their attention to detail in my gel manicure and pedicure has not only elevated my nail health but also made every session a delightful experience.
I appreciate the thoughtful use of UV lights that won’t tan my hands – such a considerate touch! Their collection of trendy colours is wide (particularly love their waterdrop cateye) and long-lasting, and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality provided. Thanks to their improved service, I’ve been encouraged to continue with my package. Highly recommended!
Used to be a place with experience staffs that’s why been buying packages for the past few years. But for the past 1 year kept changing staffs and service dropped. Bought a package year ago too but the better staff left right after I bought the package. Felt so so so disappointed.
Other than the service quality, i I personally think your product quality is not that good already too. Gel manicure with super limited selection . The color looks ‘dull’ after a few hours. The normal color also doesn’t seems to last long (as it suppose to be)
The last, I think no other nail salon will charge extra if we mix one color, as long it’s on 10 fingers. Maybe im wrong, but at least I did it b4 in your shop and it is not chargeable. If its chargeable now, will it be better to inform earlier?

Good service, colour is the new style one. Can doing for manicure & Padicure spa also. Colour I like it so much.recommend to come.Good
Used to have better staffs. Those previous two Myanmar(sorry if im mistaken) were experienced and they were the best!
The current staffs are real nice, good with pedicures but not manicures. I did the gel polish still had bubble insides. Then, I did the buffing and shaping, she didn’t know how to do a proper shaping 😭.
Oh and before buffing, I had to remove my gel polish. She did not removed it all, still have some left in my nails but she said that was my white-dot nails. I mean you can feel that wasn’t the white-dot. I got the same lady twice, unfortunately her experienced still need a lot of improvement for the price I paid.
The shaping was off. No symmetry at all. Was told to reshape but still not good as it was already gone wrong.
Discovered a nice nail shop in the neighborhood. Best not to come on CNY Eve because they are very shorthanded. Don’t expect really good skills as the manicurist are foreigners. But it’s convenient I guess.
