Had my air conditioner serviced and I’m satisfied.
Previously, my unit wasn’t cooling properly, but their technician quickly diagnosed the issue and thoroughly cleaned the system. They were professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly. After the service, my aircon is now running much colder and more efficiently. Pricing was reasonable, and the whole process was hassle-free.
The service is undoubtedly very good, but I am a bit disappointed with the person managing and arranging the booking. I clearly said the problem and asked to bring the copper insulation cable and informed again before the appointment date. Unfortunately, the team did not bring any and claimed they were told the copper was leaking and not the insulation. The team is at least trying to fix the issue by using any leftover insulation, but it does not fully correct the problem. After completion, there is no effort to ask whether the customer is satisfied or not.

The service was great, and the price was very reasonable. They were able to diagnose and fix my aircond problem accurately even though it was quite old. I really appreciate their humble and skill. They did a fantastic job!
Had time to get it done so decided to WhatsApp them at 11 and they arrived at my house by 12pm. Great service and very professional. Took pictures and videos of what they did and did a thorough job. Also cleaned up once they were done. Very pleased with their service.
