Was craving for Claypot chicken rice in PJ, first shop that was on the list and nearest. Parking at the side of the road. If you are lucky get near the shop. No sign board but can see the uncle with all the claypots you know it’s the shop. Food was good, and the chicken herbal soup on a rainy day was 🤤
Decent place for claypot chicken rice after work. Fast service. Tasty claypot chicken rice with salted fish! We ordered soup as well.
Claypot rice is just ok for me, nothing special but the soup were nice! I highly recommend if you are coming here for their lotus or old cucumber soup.
On the other hand, please prepare cash as this place does not accept any form of e wallet payment.
Purely for the claypot chicken rice and soups – 5 ⭐️s.
Been around for a long time, an old style shop. Serving only claypot rice, boiled vegetables and a selection of soups.
Service and ambiance are practically non-existent but the claypot rice is first class.
Came to this place based on google review of about 4.0. Drove around 20 mins, and was disappointed with the food. We ordered 2 claypot rice, the first pot was very watery, and rice is soggy. We were hoping for 2nd pot to be drier, but still soft and soggy. The taste is a bit blend too. The salted veg soup is a bit blend but the veggies soup is quite tasty. I wouldn’t recommend this place, if you want tastier and drier claypot rice.
