I actually prefer the soup BKT taste here and their dry one is the BOMB!! I tried many of the BKT in Kepong area but I love that this soup is more herbal type and very flavourful. The dry one is the BEST I’ve eaten so far! It’s overall not as salty too. I think it’s even much better than the famous HKee in Kepong Baru as that one too salty, bland and overrated in my opinion! 🤭 This is the best BKT in around Kepong area. However, the only downside is that the price is getting higher… Pricey for just 2 pax can go up to RM70++. Rice is normal and to the oily side…
Still, my TOP BKT in Kepong. Just no budget to eat so often😝
Klang style bak kut teh… Even the way you choose your choice of Chinese tea is similar to klang’s… Ordered ‘big bone’ part… Minimum 2 pax… Meat is soft, even the skin is nice… Broth not that thick and not that aromatic
Both soup and dry bak kut teh are excellent. They serve bigger chunkier cut meats and still supple.
A nice klang bak kut teh located at Desa Aman Puri, Kepong. The ingredients are fresh. Spacious place & clean environment with air conditioning.
The dry bkt was too salty and on the spicy side. The soup bkt has the right viscosity but lacked the depth in flavor. The pork of spare ribs and small bone was done right. Parking at 10am weekend was easy. The pricing is affordable for the area. Two bowls for two persons plus vege and tea came up to RM 60.
