Kindly please train your staffs to be more professional and friendly. I ordered a tea and warm water. Immediately I requested to cancel the warm water and the staff look at me angrily and keep on saying that he keyed in that on the bill already. All he had to do was just to remove that from the bill which I believe on daily basis there is such cases where he either wrongly take order and need to to cancel it or people change their mind. The stare he gave me like I owe him 1 big time. This 1 reason is enough for a restaurant that provide nice food and good environment to receive 1 star
This is iskandar bistro nan making quality is bad I eat I feel like papdam after eat my stomach pain is shameless nan making quality I give marks -10
A good place for lepak2 and having supper with frens.. The most impressive point for me was their toilet cleanliness, so rare in mamak restaurants..
Once ordered tandoori chicken and thosai. But the tandoori never came after half an hour until I already at the counter to pay my bill. Poor coordination of orders bewteen the system and the kitchen. The worst part is they never said sorry and pretend just like customer have all the day to spend at their shop.
This establishment is clean. Staff are efficient and service is fast. The food is good from the nasi lemak to the rojak, fried chicken, thosai and roti canai. The drinks we order such as iced barley, iced Milo and teh tarik, all with less sugar are also good. Price is affordable too. This establishment has become one of our regular go-to during the week. Bonus points for easy to find parking around the area and the MRT is just across the road.
