One of the best BKT you can get in PJ. Highly recommended for their dried bah kut teh. The soup also quite nice and the taste was flavourful. Price is also quite reasonable. Spent about RM 30 per pax, when we ordered a portion of 7 people.
The only thing is it is so warm during lunch time but it is definitely worth it!!
Tried dried bak kut teh. It is delicious.
I can say the taste is most public will like. It goes well with white rice.
The thing i like the most is, you can park car inside the restaurant. Beside that, along the road is plenty of space for parking cars.
Price is market rate.
I will be back and try their other dishes.
The food here is simply amazing. For PJ standards the Ba Kut Teh is terrible.. I’m so surprised they are still open. Telling your customer white rice is oily rice is pure ignorance. Will never come back. If I were to have this as my last meal I will die immediately.
(Not to be confused with another Heng Kee Bak Kut Teh nearby which is open for dinner only)
This bak kut teh is no where near the best even for PJ standard. The soup is thinner, closer to that from the northern style, I find it enjoyable as I have the Penang tastebuds. But it’s way too expensive, at this price point you can have much better quality and experience at other places.
Delicious but pricing is high for a two person meal.
