Food was alright, but not as impressive as expected. Tried their famous chilli pan mee, kuey tiaow, fried yong tau foo, and nasi goreng cina. All of them were just average, so I’m not sure why there’s so much hype maybe I yang tak kenal barang kot….lol. Visited around noon on a Sunday, which was peak time, so there was a short wait to get a table but there were plenty of seats available so it wasn’t a big issue. Price macam slightly overpriced for context: RM13 for a single plate of char kuey tiaow. Parking is bit of a gamble, you just have to drive and inshaAllah lol
Food was decent. But not the best.. i have tried their famous chili pan mee. It tasted so so. Just over-hyped from the internet. Came during off peak hour on Sunday around 11.30pm not so crowded. Parking was based on luck. QR pay is accepted but better to prepare some cash to pay drinks to the waitress when it arrives. The surroundings are quite clean and safe.
Wantan mee 3/10
Kueyteow 8/10
Wantan mee tasteless, only thing can taste is white pepper. Not delicious at all.
Kueyteow was so good. Good the kwok flavour veryyy nice.
Workers here are not friendly, never smile. Maybe gaji belum masuk but susah ke senyum😊😊
if you’re an avid fan of alfresco dining with hawker food this place would be great for choices! highly recommended would be their yong tau foo!!
Came over here out of curiosity. We ordered:
1. Dry Chilli Pan Mee x2
2. Chicken Rice
3. Popiah Basah
4. Fried kuey teow
Dry Chilli Pan Mee: It is as good as it gets. No MSG so that is plus one. But nothing special
Chicken Rice: Stingy on the soy sauce, could have added more. The rice was on point
Popiah Basah: was very meh. The chilli paste was not smeared equally. Tasted very bland. Didnt finish it.
Fried kuey teow: I saw a lot of people ordering it so i ordered it. The wok hey is on point. HOWEVER there is no taste at all. Only taste so salty. Didnt finish it.
Overall: not worth the hype.
