First visit here. Banchan spread and quality were good. Staff was very enthusiastic to keep refilling for us.
We tried these:
– Grilled chicken: tender
– Grilled pork: just ok, family was not impressed
The food was grilled in the kitchen before sending to us. This means the restaurant was not smoky but unsuitable for those who prefer a more hands-on experience.
– kimchi pancake: not spicy at all even for family member who doesn’t take spicy food. Family finished it fast.
– ice-cream: free ice-cream was a surprise for the young ones. Suggestion: avoid single-use paper cups and plastic spoons
I have been eating this place for a long time and they recently started a buffet option! Overall amazing experience with the service of the staff and the quality of the food! They even have ice cream! (Forgot to take picture of ice cream)
The Pork Belly is freshly cooked by the staff and they will hand over when it is ready. Pork was crispy and tasty. (make sure to mix together with the lettuce and their chilli sauce!) My favourite here is the BBQ Chicken and the Beef Bulgogi!
Honestly a very underrated Korean restaurant and people should try giving this place a shot, I’m sure you will not regret it.
I absolutely love dining at this Korean restaurant, owned by the sweetest Korean aunty. Her food is truly amazing, and she creates such a motherly, comforting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Everything is made by her, and you can really taste the care she puts into every dish. The kimchi stew had the perfect level of spice and consistency, and the pork had this delicious smoky flavor. I can’t get enough of it! Let the photos speak for themselves, but trust me, this place is a gem.
My partner and I decided to try this restaurant and ordered two dishes. The traditional bowl with rice was tasty, and the toppings were really good. However, the other dish, which was a ramen-style British soup, was not that good. We even took a picture of it. Overall, it’s an okay option if you’re in a rush.
I experienced a new combination of pork belly here. The raw wasabi and aged kimchi took away the greasiness of the meat, and the flavor was especially excellent when raw seaweed was added. It was a refreshing upgrade to the existing Korean-style pork barbecue. I am sure it will make me come back again.
