Very disappointed with the service. Been waiting more than two months not attend to check for parking water tap air lock issue after dismantled water tank for roof water proofing job and at last i have to buy portable pump to settle myself. Reported master bathroom still leaking and since early this month until now still haven’t managed to arrange their team come to solve. Very disappointed experience.
Good professional advice from Mr Soo. Site visit plus explanation on how to overcome leakage was good. Explanation on product was convincing with examples from previous projects. Accommodative with my requirements. The workers too were great. Didn’t give any cleaning up headaches. They did all clean ups. Their work too was good. Very professional. Done in 2 days.
I want to convey my sincere thanks to Mr Soo in resolving the leaking problems in my extensive roof. 5 stars for his quick response , professional advise and assistance. The job was completed within 1 day and was very well done. It’s been 2 weeks now and no further leaking so far. He is also very friendly and jovial. I appreciate his work ethics and blessings to him.
