The service is fine although the food is not authentic at all. I’ve ordered the steam egg and beef bulgogi. The steam egg itself neither have any taste whatsoever nor any sort of garnish and you can’t even taste sesame oil in that dish.
As for the bulgogi, it is filled with tons and tons of fillers such as tofu (and it’s not the soft kind), glass noodles, fish cakes and a real cheap sausages (it taste like the one sold in nsk) . In terms of beef, it is real tough though it is just shredded meat. But the toughness are the kind that stuck to the teeth.
Would not recommend for anyone to come for an authentic Korean food.
I had the Egg BK Udon (mild) and half a Gimbap set. The overall set was good, the sides were tasty, and the kimchi was also good. However, my experience was significantly marred when I saw a cockroach crawling on the floor. This is a serious hygiene concern and completely ruined my meal. While the food itself was decent, I cannot recommend this restaurant due to the unsanitary conditions.
Second time here and the food does not disappoint! The dishes are made to order and the portions are generous. My japchae came steaming hot and the sides are decent too. Only downside was there was some waiting time although there was not many diners.
This is our first time here and the food did not disappoint. Portions were big (except for the fried chicken) and the side dishes r refillable. Indeed a good place for some comfort korean food.
Toppoki is sooo soft and good especially with cheese! Also tried the vegetable ramyeon and hot stone bibimbap. All tastes like comfort food. Would definitely come again when I have Korean food cravings
