I came across this cleaning service through their Google ads, and after seeing their high ratings, I decided to give them a try. I’m glad I did! Just as the reviews described, the team was efficient, knowledgeable, and very thorough. They worked quickly without sacrificing quality, and I was genuinely impressed with how spotless everything looked afterward. They did an excellent job, and I’d highly recommend their service to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning!
Disappointed with the cleaning service. They missed key areas like the entrance and guest room, and there was still dust behind the TV. Expected a more thorough job for the price paid.
It used to be good back in late 2023, Recently re-engage them, it is not really up to standard. First time they came on time, 2nd time late for 5 mins which is still ok, then the last 2 rounds late for half an hour. Can tell that they try to follow sop on the cleaning part, but few issues happened:- 1. Came for 4 times, the cleaning detergents finished at least half of the different bottles 2. Break the broom stick 3. Asked to wipe window, she can’t reach and ask if can wipe only half of it
4. When completed the tasks assigned and there is still time left, when I ask to do more work, she showed black face but still do it
5. Things taken, when keep back, not in proper order as before she came
I’m giving 3 star as the previous service was good
