I was here today . So far the Massage and Facial was good and they did not hard sale the products even though they try to sell one of the product. I have try their first trial facial which actually got give RM100 voucher for next visit. However the only part was the time not really flexible as i wanted to come again on next visit , but they just have certain selection time . It might ended up i unable to use it . I requested any Monday 11.30am , but their side only have to follow their time which start at 10.30am . I Wish that there are more flexibility for the customers . Besides , for any new customer , please do ask properly the promotion package they have because it might have Hidden terms and condition
Recently had a facial on 31st October and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and inviting. The esthetician took the time to assess my skin type and concerns before recommending the perfect treatment.
Jamie is my beautician today for my trial. Overall experience is good for trial package. Full face laser toning my 1st experience a bit nervous.
