Pay for 2pcs alacarte for RM 16.99 others otem are okay but this? If u not enough chicken just call and refund me in cash not just giving me something that i dont like. a mashed potato RM 5.99 and cheese sauce RM1.50+ in exchange of 1 chicken? unreasonable price u give me. and also have to wait an hour to get delivery. better purchase from far branch just same eta to me.

I thought that day is april fool 2025.
Food is dry and cold. Not much flavor too. At least KFC original got flavor and more salt, Texas original needs sauce if you want it to taste good. Chicken size and portion also damn small, KFC is noticeably bigger but it’s too unhealthy also cause a lot more oil and salt.
Service was not great either, waited 10 mins before they asked what I wanted. Turns out my food has been sitting there for damn long already. About 4 to 5 riders waiting inside for the food also and it’s not even peak period.
Staff either too tired or just couldn’t give a fk that all the riders there waiting. Couldn’t be bothered to layan customers also so maybe they’re tired cause it was at night. Not going to speculate why, all I know and observed was that they were just moving slow, only 1 staff working and preparing the orders and the others just checking the orders, looking busy but essentially not really doing anything.
Never coming back, even if I’m damn hungry, would rather fast than spend money to get cold, dry chicken.
Texas Chicken hardly disappoints people with its unique fried chicken. The chicken at least can feel freshier and juicier than the other competitors although the spicy flavour not as spicy as others. Preferred the old design and branding, didn’t really like the new branding.
Missing items of order by shopee food and no one pick up my calls.. missing 2 creamy garlic sauces and 2 chicken wraps.. wrong order of chicken flavor and tenders flavour
