The spa is beautiful and very calm. Easy to find in front of main gate. I love the ambient.
But my experience was not as what I was expecting. My friend recommended this place so I came.
The therapist not really understand most of local language because she is foreigner. But she is soft spoken.
The price is bit pricey RM178/hour for just a so so massage..
it was freezing in the room I could not enjoy the session. After session, no tea or any refreshment served. No payment receipt also eventhough its super expensive. Can’t affort cheap thermal printer?

Just to let you guys know, this is my first time at The Facial Lounge in Giant KD. The owner, Mrs Farah and staff are both friendly. They warmly welcome you to their spa.
I had my first trial facial treatment for only RM138. The atmosphere is tranquil, and you will feel at home.
The skin care product that they used is Natura, Brazil. Since my skin is sensitive, I require a 100% vegan product. Here we go, I tried the products.
The therapist explained the product that they used until I dozed off. 😂. Why not guys try it! Recommended it!
The cost is reasonable.
I like environment, services very good , I had enjoyed the Gua sha Facial in this Facial lounge, the therapist very friendly, good skill , pricing reasonable.
I will come back a again .
