From the moment I walked into the empty space, I saw potential, but it was Samuel Kwan, the PIC, who saw magic. Samuel guided me through the entire makeover journey with charm and expertise. His keen eye for detail and passion for design transformed my house into a hearty home where memories will be made. Samuel truly made the process enjoyable and stress-free with his exceptional communication and stellar project management skills.
Though I didn’t get the chance to meet her in person, Yongqi, the Makeover Consultant, was instrumental in every step of the design process. Her creativity and ingenuity behind the scenes were no less than magical, turning my empty house into a cozy haven.
And we can’t forget about Abbas Idris, the Unit Manager. I had the pleasure of meeting him on the last day of the renovation, and his keen oversight ensured everything was completed to perfection. Abbas’s meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality left a lasting impression.

I came across The Makeover Guys from my facebook page. Coincidently I just got my condo key. The condo is far from perfect. The most unpleasant from the condo are the exposed pipes from the unit above at the kitchen and toilets. Also, it did not come with ready infra for the AC despite space to mount the AC compressor is provided at the yard. That means false ceiling and ceiling box up is required to hide all these hideous items. This is where the Makeover Guys comes in. They helped me to solve these issues and integrate it into the ID design. All in all, i’m pleased with their service.
The service level at The MAKEOVER GUYS is simply amazing. I first discovered them on Instagram and was immediately impressed. When I finally received the keys to my new house, I knew I had to engage them. I was assigned to Bob Khong, who was incredibly patient throughout the process. Visiting their showroom further solidified my decision—the designs and workmanship were top-notch.
During the renovation, Azri and Zira were assigned to my project, and I couldn’t be happier with their quick responses and attention to detail. The house design exceeded my expectations, and the thoughtful decorations made my home feel so warm and inviting.
