I always come here whenever I want my nails done. The place was clean and very comfortable. Staffs are very polite and accommodating especially Helen. I could say that it’s worth the price, will surely recommend this shop.
I wanted only a simple manicure service, don’t tell me there’s no other service? Was told only that rm70 fine. It was done so quick even though store has no other customers. How quick? She cut and push my cuticles in mere seconds after applying the liquid. It was so rough and it hurt, but I tolerated. Until I saw blood on my cuticle bed did I feel quite disappointed. Your girl says it’s bcoz of the scrub and massage and apologised, fine but that was also done very hard and rough, I could feel the pain on my hands. Once finish I saw my skin even got hurt. Seriously what kind of service is this? My nails also weren’t dry well even after 2 hours. I had to redo at home by buying another nail polish to match.
Oh and for the love of God, can they stop using their broken sharp nails to “clean & korek” customer’s fingers? It hurt as well! I was flinching!!!
All the staffs here are helpful and polite. I got a free drinks too! Excellent! Definitely will come back again!
