The overall experience was okay. The tufting instructor was very patient, which I appreciated. However, their response time on WhatsApp was slow, and at times, I didn’t receive a reply.
The rug can only be picked up two weeks after the workshop
We had an amazing time turfing here! The place is beginner-friendly, and the staff, especially Dini, was incredibly kind. We enjoyed the overall experience! ❤️❤️❤️
Beautiful place and friendly staff, me and my sister made our bunny moru dolls and it turned out so cute! It was a fun and relaxing experience~
Had a great Moru Doll workshop experience here! The staff was really friendly, slowly guiding us step by step at the same time allowing us ample time and space to design. She was also so patient with helping us in the tedious parts. Overall, it was a great experience and hope to go there again for another workshop!
Had such a lovely time at Toui! The instructor was really nice & taught us how to tuft very clearly. The environment was nice too. They also had a free photo booth session for the package we bought, which was a nice bonus! Overall, it was a fun experience and we’d do it again.
