We ordered the ifthar set. The meat was a little bit dry. I guess that happened bcos the restaurant are really packed and the meal was prepared ahead of time. Ambience is great. I really loved that they had prayer room inside. So it is really convenient during breaking our fast and go to pray magrib.
As the restaurant was very packed and fully booked , the server seem rushed. Our table was touching chair for the next table and they rushed us through the meal checking to us to clear the table.
I really didnt enjoy that. I thought to order dessert, but that experience made me changed my mind. U guys really need to have proper space and not just simply pushing us to clear table bcos u want to have full restaurant. Mind u 725 was the time for ifthar, and the i felt that they want to kick us out immediately at 8 to seat the next customer
Delightful experience at Turkish Istanbul Cafe. The ambience is beautiful, following Turkish concept. Came here to celebrate my younger sister’s birthday and the staffs went an extra mile to put a nice wording for her when ordering dessert, and due to such special occasion, she was given a cute handmade bracelet too from Istanbul. It was a very nice touch. This is what I called SERVICE. Food overall were delicious too. Kudos to Mr Amran and his team for accommodating our pleasant dining experience.

Went here for a group breaking fast dinner recently, and it was my first time patronizing.
I don’t really fancy arabic/turkish/middle eastern food, though I think I experienced better tasted compared to this.
Don’t get me wrong, the food wasn’t bad, not at all. It just lacked in some areas; most of it, a little bit too dry.
Price wise, it leans on the lower side for this kind of establishment, though bear in mind, the portion itself also reflected the price ratio.
Overall, I had a good experience, though if I am craze for this kind of food, perhaps this place isn’t good to be my first go-to list.
First time trying Turkish food, love it.
Turkish tea: very nice. Would be awesome if can refill.
Mixed appetizer platter: very awesome, generous amount of bread provided.
Ottomon lamb kebab: nicely seasoned, surprisingly the kebab wasn’t dry.
Baklava long slice with ice cream: very sweet. I find this dessert a little over priced.
I wanted to order more but the waiter was very considerate as he indicated that it would be sufficient for 2 person. He was right.
Premise very clean and comfortable, i sat indoor.
Service was good.
Generous food portion.
Price was reasonable except for the dessert.
Will definitely come back to try other dishes.
The first time tried Istanbul cuisine.
The restaurant is well decorated with colourful pictures.
I personally like their kebab plater, I get to try varieties of kebab and is delicious.
Don’t forget to order their mixed breads. It was fluffy and freshly baked.
