Friends & I decided to go for the Ramadhan pizza buffet at US Pizza Kelana Jaya. US Pizza Malaysia
1) The place is so stuffy and hot.
2) There at about 20 or more flies flying all around the restaurant and on the food buffet. We ask the staff to help us regarding the flies, they are plain useless they did not even do anything. We ask for candles, to place around the food, they do not even have that.
3) Very bad service and hygiene is zero.
4)A huge big bug or cockroach on the floor.
5) Ants crawling all over the pizza buffet.
6) Can’t even have our meal in peace as the flies keep attacking our food and irritating us.
We just wasted our money on this unhygienic buffet, spoil our dinner.
I would advice everyone to avoid this US Pizza at Kelana Jaya, unless you would like to get severe food poisoning or sick. This is my first and last time at this place, worst experience in my entire life.
How can the higher authority approve the restaurant to operate and run with this poor hygiene and service.
Once there are flies, they just proof how dirty a place can be, worst still the staffs can’t even do anything or try to even help kill flies or prevent.
So dissapointed. I hope authorities or someone would take action on this.

The twist garlic bread is crunchy and nice. Texas BBQ chicken pizza is nice. It’s delicious without chili flakes
Service was bad, initially when we came in the malay lady at the front said no dine in even though there were all empty tables and it was in the afternoon around lunch time. Then when asked again they said need to wait for around 15 minutes which we did. Then we noticed a few more people coming in and she did the same thing by telling them no dine in and they ended up walking out too.
Furthermore there were flies in the place (flies in an air conditioned place???). This shows the place’s hygiene level.
Additionally the malay lady at the front kept hiding in the kitchen so when we wanted to make requests we would have to call her multiple times before she came to us (with an unhappy face too).
The food is good, however I would recommend all to go to other branches as this one is terrible.
Americaaa! haha. The food at US Pizza is pretty good, I just dont like the dough, its a bit bland to me. Employees are fast and helpful. And the atmosphere is like a US diner place, except its got a US flag everywhere you look.
Food taste very bad. I didn’t eat the food at all. I call the restaurant and the staff don’t understand melay or English. How we supposed to communicate about the food quality. Please hire local workers instead of foreigners.
