The service is top-notch. The staffs are very polite, kind and helpful.
Every weekdays, we get free drinks with some popular menu. The price is also quite decent for Kota Damansara area.
My favourite dish is the indomie goreng. I don’t think I can ever cook it as good as it is here. I also recommend Nasi Jeruk Ayam berempah. The sambal is served separately and tastes so good!
The best part is, you can choose the spicy level for sambal and their indomie/nasi goreng.
You should try:
1. Batagor – so far best in KL, the closest one with Bandung original taste
2. Soto Jakarta/Betawi Original or Oseng’s version – the different of the oseng one is the meat will be cooked differently. Oily but tasty. The meat also very juicy/tender
I tried Nasi Goreng Gila but it is tasted so so, like just Nasi Goreng Gila, nothing special. I remember last time I went there it’s more special. I’m not sure why.
I had Nasi Daging Dendeng for the first time at this shop and I like it. The service is fast and I like the spiciness level of this dish. I am a fan of spicy food btw. The soup that comes with the set is also nice. I think this is a decent place which I will come again to try more dishes from here.
Maybe we ordered a non-suitable menu because it’s the first timer. I confirmed several of my colleagues which dishes we can try. But then, we ordered other than that. Well, just average from my level. Martabak manis, there’s some stall that can provide good taste. No further comment… oh yeah, before that, what my colleagues recommend were Batagor, Pempek, Soto Betawi, Nasi Goreng. They said “enak” or, in other general, understanding, delicious.
One of the most authentic Indonesia resto in PJ. We come on saturday night at 7 PM. Only 2 tables were occupied. Service was decent, our order come out fast. Here’s what we tried:
1. Nasi Goreng Dendeng
Legit one of the best nasi goreng I tried in Malaysia. The rice used for the nasi goreng is a spot on, and the smokiness from the dendeng just add the experience of eating it more enjoyable. There are no level of spiciness, however it’s already a little bit spicy due to chilli from the dendeng.
2. Indomie goreng daging
I think they used additional/different seasoning than regular indomie. But it still taste good.
3. Ketoprak
Authentic just like we used to eat at Indonesia
4. Martabak Manis
Sedap. However it took sometime before this served to us, it’s more than 1 hour since we ordered it.
All in all, a decent alternative if you miss Indonesia food.
