My first time there as I been scouting for a nail parlour place nearby. The place is beautiful and serene. I compared the price with another commercialised nail parlour which cost me RM 266 ( I did spa + basic manicure + pedicure (just buffing)) It was so much worth it to go here. I did gel manicure + design + pedi + spa ( i forgot what the spa name was 😅). Cost me around RM 261 (again depends on what you choose).
The lady who did my nail (Pixie) she did an awesome job! It was so precise and detailed. I went for a simple design. Definitely recommend people to come to this place!!!!
Just had my nails done by them and they did such a good job! First off, the salon was spacious and comfortable with air conditioning. Yain, my nail artist was meticulous with the nail shape and length, comparing to each nail (which was never done for me in previous salons) and went over the nails even after it was done to check there were no rough edges. One of my nails broke and she suggested for a nail extension. The process was painless. The nail art was basically a copy paste of the sample I showed, even down to the pattern of the tiny little leaves! I’m very much impressed and will come back again for my manicures! Thanks for the lovely nails! 💛
I don’t always leave reviews but I just have to say that Zen nails is my favourite spot to get my nails done! 💛 The place is easy to get to and there’s ample parking. Service is always excellent, especially they are so patient in helping me to choose a design that I like. The manicurists are always so thorough in prepping my nails and they always ensure that they get the design perfect. I also really like the environment which is so calming and relaxing. Amazingly, my gel manicure can last up to 3 weeks to a month, this is considering that I do a lot of housework that involves washing and such. 😆 Highly recommended!
My first time with Zen Nails and overall I would say it is an amazing experience. They have a rotating system where each manicurist will work on different parts.
There are some hiccups but it doesn’t affect my satisfaction with them.
I had Bibi to draw the art onto my nails and Sandy to recommend me the nail length that I should go for.
Will I visit again? Yes ofc!
Came here for the first time and I would say this nail salon exceeded my expectations. They provided me with an amazing experience, service and environment all together. I have been to a lot of other nail salons but this salon preps and cleans my cuticles so well and painlessly compared to my past experiences. They even have so many colour options to choose from and they executed the design I asked for. It has been 3 weeks and my nails are still going strong ! Will be returning soon ! ☺️
